A user may return any product during the time of delivery also We offer returns/refunds within the first 5-days of your purchase, if 5-days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered any returns/refunds or partial exchanges.

1.Your item must be unused and in the condition you received it on delivery. (১.আপনার আইটেমটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং আপনি যে অবস্থায় ডেলিভারি পেয়েছেন সেই অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।)
2. Item must be in original packaging. (২.আইটেমটি মূল প্যাকেজিং এ থাকতে হবে।)
3. To complete your return, we need to be accompanied by a purchase receipt or invoice. (৩.আপনার রিটার্ন সম্পূর্ণ করতে, আমাদের একটি ক্রয়রসিদ বা ইনভয়েস সাথে থাকা প্রয়োজন।)

Issuance of Refunds (ফেরত প্রদান)
A customer will be eligible for refund if he/she submits an issue of non delivery, return, partial return of order within 1 to 5 working days of receiving or ordering the product/service. after receiving your returned product and it will undergone a quality control, the expected refund processing time is 1 to 10 working days. The time required to complete a refund process depends on the refund method you have selected. The refund period / process starts when asalebuy.com has processed your refund according to your refund type. The refund amount covers the item price and shipping fee for your returned product.

Refund Types (রিফান্ডের ধরন)
asalebuy will process your refund according to the following refund types (পাইকারি নিম্নলিখিত রিফান্ডের ধরন অনুযায়ী আপনার ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করবে)
* Refund from returns: Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.

* Refunds from cancelled orders: Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
